Can Nokia Take Advantage Of India's Shift To 4G?

There is a definite risk that the record high price of spectrum this time around could dampen the telcos? 4G roll out plans in the immediate term. However, since the money spent on procuring this spectrum can only be recouped by the telcos by expanding their pool of 3G and 4G subscribers and improving their average revenue per subscriber, it will be prudent for them to spend on improving their high speed networks and expanding their user base notwithstanding the spectrum costs.
